There’s now a mobile app, and an assistant that answers questions about the business
Version from Friday, July 31, 2026July brought two big updates and three smaller improvements worth knowing about.
There’s now a mobile app
The system can be installed as a real app on your phone or tablet, with its own icon. Once installed, it remembers your session — it doesn’t ask for your username and password every time you open it —, keeps the screen on while you work, and prints receipts and kitchen orders directly to the business’s printers.
Ask the system, instead of looking it up yourself
There’s an assistant that answers questions about the business typed in plain language — “how much did I sell yesterday?”, “which customers owe me the most?” — and answers with real data, while the answer builds on screen instead of leaving you staring at a blank one.

Credit approvals now notify themselves
When a credit sale goes over the customer’s credit limit, the administrator no longer has to keep checking the inbox on their own: a notification arrives, and they can approve or reject it right from there.

Kitchen by stations
If your business prepares food in more than one place — kitchen, bar, desserts — you can now set up a station for each one, assign it its product categories, and the order prints where it belongs: what’s prepared at the bar doesn’t come mixed in with the kitchen’s.

Now you can see why Hacienda rejected a document
If a document comes back rejected, the reason now shows up written out on the Documents screen, instead of you having to guess or ask support to look into it.
