What’s new

The system improves every week. Here we publish what changed, what it’s for, and how to use it.

Each entry corresponds to a release date. If something you read here isn’t showing up in your system yet, it may be a feature that gets turned on per business or that depends on your role — when that’s the case, the entry points it out.

Sign in without typing your password — passkeys are here

You can now register a passkey and sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device's security key, without typing your password. You turn it on from your own menu, anyone can use it, and your password keeps working exactly the same.

Inventory: the price you see is the price you pay

The product list now shows the final price with tax included, and separately how much was added on top. Margin reads front and center as a percentage. And there's a new filter to separate what tracks stock from what doesn't.

Historical Profit: how much you earned each month, and it stays put

A new report that shows, month by month, how much you sold, what it cost, and how much you earned, with the margin as a percentage. Each month that closes freezes with the cost it had at the time — it no longer recalculates on its own with today's prices.

Quotes and Orders: notifying the customer is now opt-in

Generating a quote or an order no longer sends anything to the customer on its own. The "Send to customer by email" checkbox in the Configuration panel now comes unchecked, and you need to check it on the documents you actually want to send.

The assistant can now propose, so someone else can approve

When someone without the permission asks the assistant to adjust stock, it no longer stops there — it leaves the proposal ready and someone with the permission approves it with one click. On top of that, business alerts go from six checks to nine.

You can now see how much each client actually leaves you

The Sales by Client report no longer just says how much each client billed — it now says how much you earned from them. On top of that, each user role carries its own discount cap, and Supplier Payments shows when there's a credit balance in your favor.

A table can now hold more than one check at a time

Two groups sitting at the same table no longer have to wait for each other or split one tangled bill — each one opens its own check, orders and pays separately. A check can also be split by quantity, not just by whole line.

Point-of-sale printers

The iPad detects the printers connected to your network on its own, each document goes to the printer it belongs on, the paper can come out on its own at checkout, and the checkout button tells you where it's about to print before you tap it.

Quotes and Orders: automatic emailing is back

Since July, generating a quote or an order said "generated successfully" whether or not the copy had actually reached the customer's inbox. It's now fixed, and there's a checkbox to decide when not to send it.

Physical inventory counts: a ghost in the numbers got fixed

Physical counts recalculated the difference against the system quantity at confirmation time, not at count time, which put back into inventory everything sold in between. It now has its own module, blind counting, recount, per-line tolerance, and a printable PDF report.

Audit trail: who did what and when

The system now records every sale, void, price change, register opening, and login, with a name and a time; you can see a document's full history, follow an operation end to end, and verify with a report that the record wasn't tampered with.

Business alerts and other improvements

A new add-on checks the business every morning and flags what nobody has handled yet, two of those alerts already come with a button that fixes the problem, the assistant can now adjust stock and record credit payments, and the restaurant, printers, and phone login all picked up several fixes.
